Steve spent 34 years in governmental service in Colorado Springs. Positions held included Fire Chief and Chief of Staff for the Mayor of Colorado Springs. Other experiences include Interim City Manager and Chief of Economic Vitality for the City of Colorado Springs. His unique experience gives him insight into and the ability to assess the economic vitality of a given region as it relates to housing, employment, local government and its impacts on multi-family housing. In addition, his experience extends to the area of planning and development in the local government arena. Steve currently has degrees from both Pikes Peak Community College and Regis University.
Mike has over 25 years experience in Commercial Real Estate. His experience includes, investment feasibility and financial analysis, development, as well as sales for both commercial and residential projects. He has been actively involved in many real estate projects in various capacities, including; Investor, Project Fund Raising, Consultant, Project Manager, Developer, Asset Acquisitions, and Marketing and Sales. Mike has also owned and managed multiple software and consulting companies serving the manufacturing and distribution industries, with sales and consulting contracts across the US and Canada. Mike attended Utah State University and the University of Utah, and is active in the local CCIM chapter.
Ling has many years of experience with investments and sales for both commercial and residential real estate, and has over 5 years property management experience. She also has co-owned and managed her family's investment company. Ling speaks fluently, and can read and write in both Mandarin and English. These bi-language skills have enabled Ling to work very successfully with both English and Chinese investors. With Ling’s experience as an investor, real estate broker, and property manager she provides invaluable insights to our clients and investors.
